Gulf2Teach Ltd is a teacher recruitment service registered in England and Wales (Company No: 17299706). We connect qualified native teachers with schools and academies across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. For data purposes, we are the controller of your personal data. Contact: info@gulf2teach.com

When you submit our application form, we collect:

• Name, email address, and WhatsApp number
• Nationality and teaching qualifications
• Subject, experience level, and relocation availability
• CV / resume (if voluntarily uploaded)
• Any optional information you add in the free-text field

We do not collect payment information or passport details.

Solely to assess whether your profile matches roles at schools we work with, and to contact you if it does. We do not use your data for marketing, and we never share your profile with a school without speaking to you first.

Schools and academies in the GCC — by submitting your application you consent to your profile being shared with suitable schools for the purpose of securing you an interview and placement.

We do not sell or share your data for marketing under any circumstances.

We process your data under UK GDPR on the basis of:

• Legitimate interests — to operate our recruitment service
• Consent — you have voluntarily submitted your application

Up to 24 months from your application date, then securely deleted — unless you are placed and we need to maintain records, or you have asked us to keep your profile on file.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict how we use your data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@gulf2teach.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Your data may be transferred to Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries as part of progressing your application. This happens only where necessary and with your knowledge.
